Problem

The business has an issue with clients only participating in one or two lines of business. How do we get clients to expand their work with us?

Solution

Develop a loyalty program to prompt and educate clients on what benefits they receive with expanding their business with us. Additionally, create an internal system to easily see what clients are in a good position to advance in our loyalty program.

Challenge

The stakeholders are tasked with selling proof of concept to the C-Suite. This includes developing loyalty tiers and visuals of the future dashboards.

Approach

  1. Stakeholder interviews and market research for ideas
  2. Draw wireframe sketches to establish plan
  3. Build prototype stills to present to C-Suite
